CLASS III

) Buyer must be at least 21 years of age and must have no felonies, violent misdemeanors, or dishonorable discharges.

) Pay Duncan Gun Shop for the price of desired item.

) Have two 2"x2" passport photographs taken and attach one each to the two copies of fully accomplished BATF Form 4, this will be supplied by Duncan Gun Shop.

) Bring the BATF Form 4  to your local law enforcement agency and have them fill it out, accomplish fingerprinting, and sign it. This is just to ascertain that you are not wanted by the local law agency and no laws will be broken by your acquisition of indicated item.

) Return accomplished forms to Duncan Gun Shop and make out a money order or check to the BATF amounting to US $5 for "any other weapon " or US$200 for Sound Suppressors, Short Barreled Rifles, Short Barreled Shotguns or Machine guns (select fire capable firearms). These documents will then be sent by Duncan Gun Shop to the BATF where they will conduct an FBI background check.

) The BATF will send back a copy of the Form 4 that now has the tax stamp indicating that the tax transfer has been paid.

) Final step, when picking up your mercandise at Duncan Gun Shop you will fill out a standard  4473 (as with any gun purchase) and then your ready to take it home along with the Form 4.

Note:
) Make copies of the Form 4 and make sure it is with you at all times you have your new Class III item.

Any persons interested in pursuing Class III should be aware that unlike obtaining a firearms purchase permit though your local sheriff department, this procedure may take as little as 45 – 60 days to as long as 6 to 9 months or more.  Be patient, we assure you, it will be worth the wait.
